NIU students, faculty/staff, alumni rent at the posted rate. Non-NIU affiliates rent at 1 1/2 times the posted rate.
Community members rent at 1.5 times the NIU rate.
The posted rental rate is for one day.
Weekend rentals are charged as two days.
Weekend rental includes Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday.
Rent for winter break - pay 4 times the Per Day Rate
Rent for spring break - pay 3 times the Per Day Rate
Rent items 5 to 7 days - pay 3 times the Per Day Rate
Rent items 8 to 11 days - pay 4 times the Per Day Rate
Gear rental policies and procedures
