Fox River Trail Inline Skating Day Trip

Tour the Fox River on a pair of skates (provided with helmet and pads) starting from the Red Oak Nature Center in Batavia.  Follow the trail along the Fox River and stop for a picnic lunch.

Clean The Kish

Conserving our local waterway not only helps improve the appearance but assists in sustaining a healthy ecosystem.  Come along with us on a fun filled service day.  We will be cleaning up the Kishwaukee River by way of canoe.  Enjoy some meaningful environmental clean up.  Transportation and canoes provided.

Autumn Colors Day Trip

The Arboretum is an outdoor museum!  Delve into an ecology hike with 16 total miles among 1700 acres of woodland, wetland and prairie.  There are trees and plants from around the world to study.

Wolf Park Hike and Howl Day Trip

See the animals and get an overview of what Wolf Park does, how we treat wolves and how wolves behave in the wild.  Includes an opportunity to ask questions and take photographs.
