Beginning Fall 2009, Recreation Services is offering a menu of instructional cooking classes for students and non-student members.
Easy, No Dough Cooking
Learn how to cook or enhance your current skills in our first ever 6-week cooking class! Each week will be dedicated to preparing and eating a different meal using low-cost, easy, and helahy recipes. Budget, shopping, and food preparation ideas will be included.
- $60 students/$65 non-student members (includes meal each week)

Help, My Apartment Has A Kitchen!
Use a variety of tools in the kitchen to prepare and eat budget-smart, healthy, and easy meals. A great class for those wanting to learn to cook or take their current skills to a new level. Sessions are for anyone and will aid students in transitioning from home or residence hall life to more independent living!

Can you make more than grilled cheese with your George Foreman grill? Learn to use your kitchen gadget in making creative meals and snacks for busy students. This is a try and taste session. Not a full meal but will include sampling the creations.
