Recreation Services offers over 20 group fitness classes weekly for physical activity, stress management, and social interaction. A variety of class formats are provided to challenge fitness enthusiasts at any level.
Designed to provide a balanced workout regimen, the Group Fitness class schedule provides a variety of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility workouts from which to choose. Classes are drop-in, allowing for flexibility in individual scheduling, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Class formats focus on motivation and fun, yet emphasize safety and technique to assist participants in reaching their personal fitness goals.
Just For You TEAM Fitness allows you and your group or organization to participate in a fitness class exclusively for you! Recreation Services Group Fitness Instructors will lead private, semester-long classes in a format of your choice. You supply the participants, we supply the fun! FitPasses purchased at any time during the semester are good for classes on both Schedule One and Two.
