The Interactive Illinois Report Card (IIRC): Uses colorful displays to help educators, parents, policy makers and the public understand student performance in 4,000 Illinois schools. IIRC staff members deliver training in the use of student academic achievement data to plan school improvement. Nearly 1000 Illinois schools subscribe to IIRC student data services. Funded by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), the IIRC also provides access to e-Plans, the state’s interactive school improvement planning tool, and will soon offer an interactive online version of technology plans required by ISBE.
