The Manual is no longer distributed in printed form, as it is available online at www.niu.edu/provost/policies. From time to time a list of additions and modifications to the APPM is distributed to the following list of university offices. Requests for changes in this distribution list may be made to the Executive Vice President and Provost or to the chair of the Academic Policies and Procedures Manual Advisory Committee.
