Northern Illinois University has been a member of the Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) since its inception in 1978. A goal of the Procurement Office is to actively participate in the process of developing cooperative agreements on behalf of the thirteen member campuses of the state universities of Illinois. The following contracts identify the commodities and vendors that have been secured under IPHEC.
