Northern Illinois University is committed to increasing the participation of qualified business enterprises within the procurement process.    In accordance with the Minority and Female Business Enterprise Act (MAFBEA), NIU has developed and implemented programs and services designed to foster an inclusive procurement system that invites the broadest possible participation of all vendor sources.  As part of this aggressive initiative, NIU will sponsor its annual Supplier Diversity Networking Fair on Wednesday, October 7, 2009.

Supplier Diversity Networking Fair

The Supplier Diversity Networking Fair will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in the Holmes Student Center, Duke Ellington Ballroom. The purpose of this event is to provide a networking opportunity for business enterprises to exhibit products and services and to network with university personnel. The Supplier Diversity Networking Fair provides a great opportunity to meet directly with many buyers of commodities, supplies, and services.
