Students who wish to represent their emphasis or serve as an at-large member must complete a one-page self-nomination form that the director of undergraduate studies will circulate via the undergraduate e-mail network and distribute within undergraduate political science classes during the spring semester of each academic year. It can also be obtained from the undergraduate studies secretary or downloaded here. The director of undergraduate studies will set a deadline, collect completed forms, and submit all nominations to the department chair. The chair will then appoint one representative from each emphasis for which there is an applicant and two at-large representatives.
