COURSE CONTENT
This seminar will be divided into two parts. The First Part addresses Being and Time, together with the Commentary, and will take us to about mid-term. The Second part will address What is Called Thinking? Introduction to Metaphysics; and Poetry, Language and Thought. Certain questions or areas of specific concern will be assigned to each student during the course of the semester; although no written report will be given, the student is responsible for answering my questions on the topic at the assigned date. Each student will also be expected to participate in every session. Two major and two minor papers will be assigned; one of the major papers will be the final term paper on a topic which must receive prior approval.
