COURSE CONTENT
The class focuses upon the claims about the fundamental structure of reality made by religion and science. The class examines a number of questions spanning philosophy of religion and philosophy of science. Amongst the topics examined are: whether the universe has a creator; whether the universe is designed; the relation of mind, body and the possibility of immortaility; and whether the relation of religion and science is conflict, compatibility, independence or some other relation.
