This University Honors Program seminar class paired teams of high school honors students with community agency liaisons to work on one of four projects from the strategic plan of the DeKalb County Human Services Initiative. Projects included development of a quality of life assessment protocol, a meta-analysis of reports on service needs within the county, development of a matrix of services needed and services being met, and a funding source matrix.
