Responsibilities

As the newest team member, Ted brings enthusiasm, energy and new perspectives to the Association Resource Center. He has been working with the university for about 18 months now; his main responsibilities include market research, customer relations, as well as following and recommending new and emerging technologies that are beneficial to NIU and associations. Ted is also our systems administrator for Salesforce, the CRM system that ARC and all of NIU Outreach utilize.

Ted is a true Huskie. He received a B.S. in marketing with a certificate in integrative marketing from NIU. In addition to that he is currently working towards a Masters degree in Management Information Systems part time.
