Information Technology Strategic Planning

Village of Franklin Park: Reviewed the Information Technology environment as it is used to support village operations.

City of Rockford: Worked with the city to create a strategic connectivity plan supporting economic development.

Village of Hanover Park: Worked with the village to craft a 3-5 year strategic information technology plan.

Access Grid: Worked with other NIU Outreach units and NIU departments to develop new methods and opportunities for connectivity using access grid technology.
