ACCESS/PAL Tutoring

Business CORE & UBUS 310 Tutoring

  • Walk-in tutoring is available for ACCY 206, ACCY 207, UBUS 223, and UBUS 310 in Barsema Hall, Room 313. 
  • Walk-in tutoring for MGMT 217 is available in Barsema Hall, Room 111.

  • ACCESS/PAL tutoring is also available for ALL business core courses, with the exception of OMIS 259.  Please see above for more information.

Instructors' Office Hours/Department Resources

  • Academic Departments have many resources posted to help assist students in their success at NIU. Visit the department that offers your course to find additional resources specific to the material.

The Mathematics Assistance Center

  • The Mathematics Assistance Center (MAC) is staffed by teaching assistants prepared to answer your questions related to Math 110, Math 155, Math 210, and Math 211, as well as the preparatory courses KCMA 096, KCMA 098, MATH 108, and MATH 109, as time allows.

The University Writing Center

  • The University Writing Center can help assist students with a variety of writing needs ranging from the discussion of topics and editing of course work to applications for internships, scholarships and jobs.
