STEVENSON TOWERS & NORTHERN VIEW COMMUNITY
All walking. CAs gather new transfers and/or older first-year students by 10:15 to walk to the Convocation Center. All students are walked to Entrance 1 of the Convocation Center (West Entrance)
NOTES:
Each bus should be staffed with an NI Guide that has a script to read to the students as they approach the Convocation Center. NI Guides should unload with the first-year students and join the spirit tunnel forming at the Convocation Center. NI Guides will sit together at the Convocation Center in section 218. CAs should stay with the students living on their floor and sit with them during the Academic Convocation program.
