Damaged OneCard

If your NIU OneCard is in need of replacement, stop by our office in the Lower Level of the Holmes Student Center. Replacements cost $5.00 if you bring your current, broken OneCard ID and can be paid by cash, check, or a charge to your student bursar account.

Note: If you only bring an old OneCard ID to our office which was previously deactivated, your situation will be considered as a lost ID because the current, active card would not be present. The lost ID fee is $25.00, and for security purposes we need to collect your old, inactive card.
