ID CARDS:
All NIU students, faculty, and staff now need to use the OneCard to borrow or request library materials. Off campus database authentication is established through the creation of a VPN.

In option exists for off-campus students to obtain a photo identification card. Students registered for only off-campus classes may contact the University OneCard ID Office at 815-753-9569, Holmes Student Center Room 7 to arrange to have a photo ID taken. The University OneCard Office is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday. (Special arrangements may be made to have photos taken between 4 and 6 p.m., Monday-Friday, by contacting the office). A payment of $15 is required at the time of the appointment
