With a Bachelor’s of Science in Education with a Major in Elementary Education, you’ll combine your personal experiences with coursework and hands-on clinical practice in the classroom. 

NIU's Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree prepares you for Type 03 Illinois Elementary Education Certification and allows you to teach children in kindergarten through ninth grade.
