Northern View Community

Take a look at Northern View Community!

Northern View Community offers mostly two-bedroom apartments with a limited number of one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. All units are equipped with full kitchens with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and mircrowave; washers and dryers; cordless telephone; and Internet access. Amenities within the community include a community center equipped with a computer lab, community rooms, study areas, large courtyard, a play room and an outdoor playground for children of residents. Apartments are unfurnished, so you the freedom to make the apartment reflective of your personality and style.  

Parking is available adjacent to the buildings with an NIU parking permit.

The community is serviced by the NIU Huskie Bus Line.

If you would like a tour of Northern View, visit the office in the community center on Tuesday or Wednesday between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

We are now accepting applications for Spring 2008. Please include your $25 application fee with your application. There are mostly two bedroom units available, but a three bedroom unit might become available. We do not anticipate having any available one bedroom units.

Applications for Fall 2008 will be accepted starting in late November. No offers will be made until February 2008.
