Course Description
Strategic HR planning is mission critical to today's business organization, particularly as we recognize that organizations can create competitive advantages through people. This dynamic program will provide participants with insights into how to assure alignment with the organization's strategy and business plans and an overview of the key components of an effective HR strategic plan. Topics include the value of managing human capital effectively, HR metrics, elements of a high performance culture, and implementing the strategic HR plan.
HR Certification Institute Continuing Education Credit
HR Certification Institute has approved this program and awards 6.5 hours of HRCI credit for PHR, SPHR, Strategic Management, and GPHR recertification.
