HR Strategies & Solutions: How to Talk So People Will Listen and Listen So People Will Talk

Human resource professionals often have the touch job of communicating bad news or being responsible for a change in employee behavior.  Both require a highly developed ability to communicate effectively.  This program focuses on practical skills, phrases and techniques designed to make difficult communication easier.  Interactive break-out sessions will help participants learn effective, results-oriented communication skills to address challenging situations, capitalize on the experience and expertise of attendees, and reflect real-life experiences.
