Cancellation Policy
At least 30 days prior to class start - refund less $50 processing fee; 10-29 days prior to class start -refund less $125 processing fee; 1-9 days prior to class start - no refund but you may transfer to another class.

Transfer Policy
At least 10 days prior to class start - $50; 1-9 days prior to class start - $100; After class start - $200. 

About Our Instructors:
Russ Hagberg is an accomplished businessman, teacher and consultant.  Prior to forming Hagberg & Associates, specializing in strategic people issues, Russ was a key member of the senior management team for Santa Fe Railways and Santa Fe Industries, serving as Senior VP and Chief of Staff, VP Transportation Operations and VP Human Resources and Labor Relations.  Russ currently teaches graduate and undergraduate strategic management courses at Northern Illinois University.  He holds a BS Degree in Marketing from NIU and a MBA Degree from the University of Chicago

Denis Springer is the retired Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation.  His professional career includes executive positions with Arthur Andersen & Co., Gould Inc., Brown Boveri Electric Inc. and Santa Fe Industries.  He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

HRCI
HRCI requires 2 years of exempt level experience to be accepted as a candidate for certification.  Students within 1 year of graduation may take the exam but will not become certified until the experience requirement is met.  Any questions about qualifications/eligibility to take the exam should be directed to HRCI - www.hrci.org.
