Earn your Construction Management Certification or refine your knowledge of the residential construction process.

 

Overview of Residential Construction

Knowledge of the construction process is vital whether you work with builders as a lender, title company, Realtor, or an owner who is constructing or remodeling a home. This 6-hour, face-to-face course will walk you through the residential construction process.  Participants will gain information to help complete a construction experience that insures quality and affordability. This program is valuable to anyone seeking to build or remodel a home.  Joe Donahoe, a respected specialist in residential construction, will be the instructor for this program.

Construction Management Certification Program (CMCP)

The CMCP is an in-depth training program developed and instructed by industry experts. Designed to improve the quality and skill level of residential construction professionals, this program will help set you apart from the competition. To become CMC certified, participants must successfully complete a series of eight courses and eight corresponding examinations within a three-year period.  If you are in need of a refresher or have an interest in a specific topic, you can take courses without certification.
