  • MyNIU will share data with the existing HR and Financials applications and will complete the ERP System Solution for the University.

5. When will MyNIU be implemented at Northern Illinois University?

The ERP Student Administration System (MyNIU) will be rolled out in phases and implementation will continue until all affected areas reach their Go-Live dates. Rolling timeline for departments are as follows:

11. Will I be trained on the new Student Administration System?

Introductory training will be provided to all users of the system over the next year. We will continue to provide training courses and refreshers beyond the completion of the rolling timeline. The primary users, i.e. those who will use the system every day to perform job functions, will be trained prior to the scheduled Go-Live date for their department.
