The ERP Training Team plans to use several methods to communicate, educate, and inform the NIU Campus Community about MyNIU. Some methods include:
Introductory training will be provided to all users of the system over the next year. We will continue to provide training courses and refreshers beyond the completion of the rolling timeline. The primary users, i.e. those who will use the system every day to perform job functions, will be trained prior to the scheduled Go-Live date for their department.
