Our Photographers are available by appointment to record your events. We ask that all shoots scheduled during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. be requested at least one week prior to your event. (For all off-hour assignments, we ask for a two week notification.) For shorter notification, we make every effort to honor your request if possible.
We cover everything from commencements, to award ceremonies, to fundraising events.
Assignment can be both on- and off-campus. For off campus events a mileage fee is added.
Our hourly rate for service is billed from the time we leave our office until we return to our office. Off-hours rates are based at 1.5 times the hourly rate with a two-hour minimum (plus materials).
