Fond memory of Media Services:
As an Intern and Graduate Assistant, I was always happiest working with new equipment. I loved to tinker with the toys. As a Producer, I always liked doing multi-camera remotes and shooting sports. I loved the ability to take any kind of project from concept to finished product on my own, doing all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production from start to finish. I loved using the power of video to make people laugh, cry, and applaud.

How Media Services employment helped your career:
The experience I gained in production and management positioned me well for future growth in the Division. I took the opportunity to pursue my Doctoral Degree in Instructional Technology at night. This degree, my years of production and management experience at Media Services, and my leadership opportunities in the National Guard and Reserves, helped me immensely as I sought out opportunities to grow in this field.
