Liz Muelhausen is a post-graduate student majoring in Nutrition/Dietetics and plans to graduate in the spring of 2010. Her position in the team is general manager; she also commutes to NIU and works a full-time job.
Lauren Lavalle is a senior at NIU majoring in nutrition and dietetics she will be graduating in May 2009, and plans to work in sports nutrition. Her position in the team is dining room manager and chose the Mediterranean theme because she is Italian and enjoys the food and culture of Mediterranean.
Angela Nunez is from Chicago, twenty years old and a junior at Northern Illinois University. She has a sister named Amanda who is sixteen years old. She is majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics, and did gymnastics and cheerleading her whole life. She likes to go see movies and when it is warm out, and to go to the beach. She hates the winter and cannot wait until it is over with. Angela chose Mediterranean because she has been there and really enjoys the lifestyle and the food. She also has a lot of friends that are Italian and Greek so she has been around this food most of her life.
Brian Cronin is a senior Nutrition and dietetics major. His position in the team is the executive chef. This position is a good fit for him because he loves to cook. He usually cooks for only a few people so he is looking forward to the challenge of preparing meals in a restaurant setting. The Mediterranean style we have chosen for our restaurant should make for a fun challenge.
