Hi, my name’s Ashley Campbell.  I’m a senior nutrition major and I love cooking and learning about new health foods.  After graduation I hope to do my dietetic internship, go to graduate school for my master’s degree and become a clinical dietitian.  I got into the field of nutrition after I took my first college nutrition class while originally a nursing major and got very interested in it.

Hi, my name is Jason Schultz and I am a senior at Northern Illinois University. I have been studying Hospitality Administration for the past four years with hopes of working on a cruise ship. I have a passion for traveling which has lead me to this field. So far I have traveled to ten countries which leaves plenty more to kick off my bucket list. My goal is to set foot on every continent and perhaps live abroad for a period of time. Hopefully I can deliver a meal that is not only visually appealing, but also leave you wanting more.

Hello, my name is Nikki Whitford and I am a senior at Northern Illinois University.  I will be graduating in May and could not be more ready for it.  I have been a Hospitality student for the past 3 years and I have loved every minute of it.  I have learned so much that I know will get me far in my future.  I am not exactly sure exactly what field of the industry I want to pursue but it is between restaurant management and possibly some kind of event planning with a sports team.  I hope that everything I have learned in this program will help me give you the best dining experience possible.
