Cassie Pyne, Jackie Nieman, Stacy Bailey
Stacey Bailey is a senior Nutrition and Dietetics student. She has worked in food service for roughly 5 years and would like to continue her food service experience after graduation. She enjoys cooking and learning about how a restaurant is run. Stacey is excited about cooking and trying the new foods Ellington’s will be serving.
Jackie Nieman is a senior majoring in the Nutrition and Dietetics program and is minoring in Public Health. She loves to watch the Food Network program to get ideas for new and exciting meals. After Jackie graduates she plans on continuing her education in Nutrition and Dietetics to get her masters. Jackie would like to work in Clinical Nutrition.
Cassie Pyne is a senior Nutrition and Dietetics student. When she graduates from her undergraduate studies she plans to continue her education in Nutrition and Dietetics as a graduate student and hopefully branch into the field of Public Health as well. Cassie is excited to learn about how a restaurant is run and to try the new meals Ellington’s will be offering this semester.
