Patricia Davoren – Executive Chef

Patricia is presently a senior in the nutrition and dietetics program at Northern Illinois University. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree, Patricia hopes to attend Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago to study culinary arts and eventually work in the field of foodservice management. Currently Patricia is a cook for Tapalaluna in downtown DeKalb and hopes to one day open her own fine dining restaurant.

James Jo – Sous Chef

 James is a senior majoring in nutrition and dietetics at Northern Illinois University. He has previously attended 3 different high schools.  He has 2 younger brothers in my family.  He likes to eat various kinds of foods, but he cannot pick a favorite.  He is involved in the Asian community, being a member of Kappa Pi Beta Fraternity Inc.  During his free time he likes to play sports and is a member of the NIU Tennis Club team.

Rebecca Marrs – Dining Room Manager

Rebecca is a senior nutrition and dietetics major/kinesiology minor at Northern Illinois University who plans to graduate in spring of 2010. She is currently the vice- president of the Student Dietetic Association on campus. She also works for the university in the housing and dining department. After she graduates she hopes to get a job as a wellness educator and help others live a healthy lifestyle.
