My name is Michael Modesto. I am a Senior Hospitality major at Northern Illinois University. I have spent the last 5 years in Dining Services at NIU, 4 of those years as a manager. I have learned very valuable food and management skills in my job. I will be graduating in December 2009 and plan on continuing with a career in the food service industry.
Hi, my name is Carolina Donnahoo and I am studying Nutrition and Dietetics. I will be graduating in May 2011 and hope to either pursue a dietetic internship or complete a graduate program in Nursing. I enjoy cooking and traveling and am always trying to challenge myself.
Hi, my name is Kelly Dixon. I’m a junior in NIU’s Nutrition & Dietetics program with a minor in Psychology. I am planning graduate work in Naturopathic and Oriental Medicine.
Hello, my name is Amanda Davis. I am a senior and am looking forward to graduating in May 2010. My major is Hospitality Administration with a focus in Leisure and Recreation. I hope to one day live in Colorado and work for a resort located around the Rocky Mountains.
Hi, my name is April Armstrong and I am a senior at NIU. My major is Hospitality Administration. I would like to get a job in spa management. After graduation I will be moving to Arizona.
