Lara DeWolf is both a Nutrition & Dietetics and Hospitality Administration major graduating in August of 2010. She hopes to work in an on-site catering facility after graduation, where she can hopefully put both areas of study to use. She currently resides in Wheaton, IL where she enjoys cooking for her family and running in her spare time.
Noell Ealey is a senior at Northern Illinois. She is majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics, and her aspiration after graduation is to become a registered dietician. In her free time, Noell enjoys the work that she does as a Dietetic Assistant at a local hospital. She also enjoys being active by running and cycling, lifting weights, and participating in yoga. Her favorite type of food is anything Mexican; the more authentic the better!
Jennifer Whalen is currently in her 5th year here at Northern Illinois University majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics. She currently lives in Rochelle, Il 20 minutes west of DeKalb. Jennifer currently works on campus for the Grounds Department as well as the Rochelle Wal-Mart. Once graduated, Jennifer is not too sure of what exactly she will do with her degree, but she wants to spend some time working in underdeveloped countries. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to cook and try new recipes as well as traveling. She loves to travel and try all the different types of cuisines that she comes across
Michelle Horsfall is excited to take role as the Dining Room Manager for the Caribbean Cove Restaurant. She is a senior Hospitality Administration major and plans to graduate May 2010. She loves to spend as much time as possible in the sun and aspires to open a restaurant in Florida in the near future.
Elise Gagliardi is a senior majoring in Hospitality Administration and plans to graduate in December of 2010. She is not completely sure but would most likely enjoy working in a hotel/resort once she graduates. For right now she is trying to gain experience in all the different fields to find the best fit for her. When she is not in the classroom, Elise likes to dance, listen to music, and relax with friends. If she could travel anywhere she would go to Italy, but loves any place where there is sun and a beach. ☺
