Sous Chef

Kathleen Brice is a senior earning a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics. She would like to be involved in wellness programs and educate the public on improving their health. She enjoys running, playing with her three dogs and being more environmentally conscious in everyday life.

Alexandra Crown
Marketing Manager

Alexandra Crown is a senior earning a B.S. in Hospitality Administration. She hopes to peruse her MBA directly after graduation, and continue into the field of philanthropy as an events coordinator. Her interests include family, wildlife preservation, fundraising for cause, and working out. 

Bushra Hassan
Dining Room Manager

Bushra Hassan is a senior dietetics major. She is from Darien, Illinois and is 21 years old. Her interests include volunteering and hanging out with her friends. She is interested in the field of dietetics and hopes to pursue a career in clinical dietetics.

Cristina Racana
Executive Chef

Cristina Racana is from Schaumburg, IL. She is a student in Nutrition and Dietics.  Upon the completeion of her bachelor’s degree, she plans to get her doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her mother was raised in Italy so she grew up eating Iltalian food, but loves exploring cuisine from oall over the world.  Cooking is her favorite hobby.
