    Sweet potatoes and black beans served over spinach drizzled with a citrus-garlic dressing with a hint of Dijon mustard

    A delicious blend of sweet and spice with butternut squash and habanero chiles

Entrée 

  • Spiced Chops with Mango-Mint Salsa
    A dazzling display of heat meets sweet. The chops, spiced with hot red pepper, meet the sweet flavor of the mango salsa and a hint of mint to cool it down
  • Grilled Tofu in Caribbean Coconut Curry Marinade
    This vegan delight introduces the wholesomeness of soy to the delectability of lime and coconut; a vegan option
