    A wonderful combination of chile and garlic flavors makes this potato salad unique and unforgettable

Entrée 

  • “Feijoada” (Black Beans and Turkey stew)
    Experience a little of Brazil in this hearty stew prepared with black beans and turkey sausage.  Served with white rice
  • “Beringelas recheadas com Batata Doce” (Sweet Potato Stuffed Eggplants)
    Delicious baked eggplants stuffed with sweet potatoes, thyme, scallions, garlic, red and green peppers.  Served with white rice and black beans for a truly Brazilian experience

Dessert   

  • “Crème de Coco” (Coconut Custard)
    A light and creamy dessert combining coconut and cinnamon flavors topped with whipped cream and almonds
  • “Sobremesa Tropical” (Tropical Dessert)
    A taste of the tropics!  Pineapples, oranges and bananas chilled in liqueur and served in pineapples shells
