Entrée

  • Coq au Vin
    A classic French favorite of chicken and mushrooms cooked in a red wine sauce
  • Leek and Roasted Pepper Quiche
    Subtle flavors of leek, roasted peppers and gruyere cheese, freshly baked in a rich egg base are served with Tossed Spring Greens and tomatoes with a Basil Vinaigrette

Dessert 

  • Chocolate Covered Éclairs
    A light pillow of pastry filled with creamy custard and topped off with velvety chocolate for the sweetest of treats
