Starter

  • Greek Salad
    Cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, lemon juice, and feta cheese
  • Spinach Triangles
    Spinach, feta cheese, and green onion baked in phyllo bread

Entrée

  • Mediterranean Orange Roughy served with Couscous with Currants
    6 oz fillet topped with onion, olives, and oranges, served with a side of  couscous with currants, green onion, chickpeas, and plum tomatoes
  • Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans
    Penne pasta mixed with white beans, tomatoes, feta cheese, and fresh spinach

Dessert 

  • Olive Oil Bundt Cake with Tangerine Glaze
    A freshly prepared bundt cake made with olive oil in a tangerine glaze
  • Greek Style Yogurt with Honey and Walnuts
    Greek style yogurt served with toasted walnuts and honey
