Starter

  • Mango Spring Rolls
    Rice paper stuffed with minced peanuts, cucumbers, mango, rice, noodles, and cilantro. 
    Served with sweet Asian hot sauce.
  • Fiery Carrot and Avocado Soup
    Hot and zesty blend of carrot juice, lemon juice, avocado, garlic, olive oil, basil leaves, and a hint of jalapeno and cayenne pepper.

Entrée

  • Stuffed Green Peppers with a side of Baked Sweet Potatoes Fries
    Green peppers stuffed with cooked rice, black beans, jalapeno pepper, chopped walnuts, and onions topped with Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Spaghetti with Roasted Zucchini and Olives
    Savory mixture of spaghetti with zucchini, onions, garlic, roasted peppers, black olives, and red pepper flakes.

Dessert 

  • Peach Melba Crisp
    Juicy mix of pealed sliced peaches, raspberries, brown sugar, lemon juice, and more!
  • Chocolate cake
    Satisfying 3-layer slice of a fudge brownie, topped with a white chocolate filling, chocolate cake, and chocolate gnash topping.
