Starter

  • Waldorf Salad
    Creamy mix of fresh crunchy apple, crisp celery, hazelnuts, and sweet maraschinos cherries served of a bed of lettuce.
  • French Onion Soup
    Classic soup with caramelized onions, croutons, and topped with melted Swiss cheese.

Entrée

  • Asparagus and cheese stuffed turkey breast served with rosemary roasted garlic potato puree
    Oven roasted turkey breast stuffed with fresh asparagus and melted Swiss cheese alongside creamy rosemary and roasted garlic infused potato puree.
  • Baked Ditalini with three cheese and Sun-dried tomatoes
    Mixture of Ditalini pasta and three cheese blend topped with breadcrumbs and baked to golden brown and delicious.

Dessert 

  • Apple Pie A la Mode
    Scoop of vanilla bean frozen yogurt sitting on top of a deep slice of warm apple pie.
  • Blueberry and Maple-Pecan Granola Parfaits
    Layered fresh blueberry, crunchy Maple-Pecan Granola, and creamy vanilla fat-free yogurt.

Each table will be served warm whole wheat dinner rolls with honey butter.
