Fresh fruit tossed together with colorful peppers and seasoning to provide a wonderful salad bursting with seasoning and flavor
Entrée
- Caribbean Chicken with honey Pineapple sauce
Served with Snow Peas. Baked chicken is drizzled in a sweet pineapple sauce
- Linguine with Black beans and Caribbean Sauce

- Grilled Pineapples w/ Cinnamon Vanilla Ice-cream
- Coconut Meringue Pie topped with whipped cream and strawberries
