This menu will be a limited service buffet style.  Beverages, salads, desserts and table items will be served to our guests as usual at their tables, with the hot food items (starters and entrees) being served from a buffet in the dining room.

A choice of one from each:

Starter

  • New Orleans Vegetarian Gumbo  
  • Crispy Fried Pickles with Remoulade Sauce

Entrée 

  • Salmon Creole with Hot Cooked Rice and Green Bean Bundle
  • Red Beans and Rice with Green and Yellow Pepper Medley

Dessert  

  • Creamy Sweet Potato Pie 
  • Decadent White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Each table will be served fresh baked corn bread muffins and honey butter
