President's Day Menu

This menu will be a limited service buffet style.  Beverages, salads, desserts and table items will be served to our guests as usual at their tables, with the hot food items (starters and entrees) being served from a buffet in the dining room.

A choice of one from each:

US flag Starter

  • New England Clam Chowder
  • George Washington Salad – with Bibb lettuce, dried cherries, blue cheese and almonds

Entrée 

  • Presidential Peach Pork Chops with Cherry Rice Pilaf and Garlic Broccoli
  • Mt. Vernon Vegetable Strata with Garlic Broccoli

Dessert   

  • Capital Hill Cheesecake
  • Log Cabin Delight- Warm rum raisin apple topping over vanilla ice cream

Each table will be served a mini loaf of homemade Boston Brown Bread
