    Exotic soy based broth soup served with tofu chunks and diced scallions

    A mixture of succulent strips of marinated steak sautéed with fresh vegetables served over sesame Udon noodles
  • Hoisen-Drenched Tofu and Stir-fried Vegetables
    A blend of bright vegetables and marinated tofu served over jasmine rice

Dessert   

  • Green Tea Cheesecake with Raspberries
    Rich green tea flavored cheesecake topped with seasoned raspberries
  • Vanilla Ice Cream with Oranges and Sake Cream
    Low calorie vanilla ice cream dressed with fresh orange wedges with a sake cream drizzle
