  • Chipotle Lime Roast Chicken with Tomatillo Sauce
    Our chipotle chili powder gives this chicken a real Mexican flair
  • Smoked Corn Stuffed Pepper
    A seasoned red pepper filled with mouth-watering vegetables and spices

Dessert   

  • Fresh Fruit Ice: Watermelon with Mexican Chocolate cookie
    A light watermelon flavored ice scoop with fresh slice of watermelon.  On the side a bittersweet chocolate cookie that mellows the ground pepper
  • Capiratoda (Bread Pudding)
    Layers of nuts, cheese, dried fruit and bread drizzled with cinnamon-infused sugar syrup
