Ellington’s is committed to providing exciting, fresh, three course menus.
This semester, luncheons will be served on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with seating between 11:00 and 12:30 at Ellington's -- located on the second floor of the Holmes Student Center. The price of a full meal is $9.00 including beverages and tip.
One red and one white wine choice will be available with meal service. Wine will be selected for the menu based on wine and food pairings done by the students. Wine selections will range from $4.50 to $6.50 per glass. Anyone who appears to our servers as younger than 30 is likely to be carded. We hope this program will educate both our students and our clients about wine and food pairings and how to select a wine to go with a meal.
