Experience a unique twist on a traditional career fair—a chance to STAND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TABLE! Employers are always asking to meet student leaders, and this is the chance for them to connect. Students can: interview employers, find out what they’re looking for, access professionals, network with others in their field, and showcase their student group. The event will feature an interactive career preparation panel and include discussions on professionalism and tips from industry professionals for internships and first-year employees.

BLT will transition into La Feria Cultural, where students will learn about the Latin American countries.

Come and join us to celebrate the closing of the Latino Heritage Month. The night promises to be packed
with live entertainment, food, and dancing in a formal setting (Dress code: Black tie). Performances by
Tumbao, a Keynote speaker, DJ and much more! Cost is $5 (fundraising for the NIU Dream Action Scholarship)
