President John Peters established the Division of University Legal Services effective January 1, 2003, under the direction of Ken Davidson, longtime university legal counsel, who assumed the role of chief legal officer for the organization. The Division of University Legal Services handles a wide spectrum of assigned responsibilities associated with University operations.
