NTLS is a group of law students who consider themselves non-traditional. The membership consists of a diverse group of students working together to succeed in law school, and to provide each other with both moral and academic support. Members include students who have not attended school for a year or more, are married, have children, are launching a second career, or are commuter students.
NTLS maintains a library of course outlines and other study aids for use of the membership and arranges group study sessions for members. NTLS holds brown bag lunches during the year to informally discuss topics of concern and to plan social events. NTLS provides new students with information on family housing, day care, and other subjects of interest.
