Judge Stuckert (’90) Named New Circuit Chief Judge of the 23rd Judicial Circuit

Hon. Robbin StuckertDeKalb, Ill.--NIU College of Law alumna Hon. Robbin Stuckert ('90) has been named the chief judge of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Illinois, according to the DeKalb Daily Chronicle.

Judge Stuckert has served as a circuit court judge in DeKalb County, Illinois since 2003 and as presiding judge in DeKalb County since 2012, when the 23rd Judicial Circuit was formed. She succeeds fellow NIU Law alumnus Hon. Timothy J. McCann ('88).

She is the first female chief judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit.
